Remarks: Sweet little cabin sits streamside on the Nez Perce Fork. A dense mountain valley setting with tall trees favored by elk and other wildlife. Beyond the limited privately held land is US Forest and Wilderness Lands. The cabin is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and has not been visited in the past 10 to 15 years. It was a surprise to open the doors and find that it isn't dusty or dirty. A corner with the usual flies and a wasp or two is a fabulous corner dining area window with creek views up and down stream. Some of the decking has rotted and fallen away from the house - I wouldn't trust any handrails either. The property is in the FEMA mapped flood plain.
